Shipping Policy

We understand how important it is for you to get the items you ordered in a timely manner. We're always here to offer support in case you have any types of questions or concerns regarding your order.


1. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes - we ship worldwide. Hurray! We want your experience to be simple and efficient.

2. STANDARD SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIMES:
US Economy Shipping: 6-9 business days
US FAST Shipping: 2-3 business days

3. PROCESSING TIMES:
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods. We send tracking information usually 1 day after your order was already shipped.


4. WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER? HOW TO LOCATE MY ORDER?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. You may also check your other email folders such as Spam folders, junk or trash email folders, Promotions Tab or Socials Tab. If you need more detailed information, please send us an email at support@ctekadapters.com and we'll help you out!

5. UNEXPECTED DELAYS
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by holidays, large volume of parcels processed by local carriers, international customs processing that we cannot control (for other countries) or unnecessary global situation that is beyond our control. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to contact your local carrier to follow up orders that we have control over.
